Description

Amber in color, bright and transparent, on the nose stand out scents of dried figs, honey, peach and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is sweet but at the same time fresh thanks to its savoriness.

Production area: Eastern Sicily
Yield per hectare: 60 Q.li
Winemaking: Late harvest of the grapes, the must is separated from the grape skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature.
