Description

Made from Chardonnay grapes, Davé has a straw yellow color. It has a marked aroma of tropical fruit and citrus on the nose. On the palate, there is a correspondence with the olfactory taste, accentuated by a fresh minerality.

Yield per hectare: 60 Q.li
Winemaking: Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, with the final phase of the fermentation carried out in an autoclave to obtain an elegantly sparkling wine.
Refinement: In the bottle for 2 months at a controlled temperature.
