Catarratto

Description

With a lively white color and greenish reflections, our Catarratto involves the nose with a fresh and floral bouquet with notes of jasmine, Mediterranean scrub, and citrus that recall Sicily. On the palate, it is fine and balanced, and we find a perfectly harmonious correspondence between taste and smell, giving sensations of freshness accompanied by pleasant savoriness.

Winemaking: Soft pressing with a period of cryomaceration; fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
