Ciaulè

Description

With a pink color, Ciaulè offers aromas of red fruit such as wild strawberries, raspberry, pomegranate, and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh with good structure and a pleasant persistence of aromas.

Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol
Production area: Grotte (AG), Sicily, Italy.
Yield per hectare: 75 Q.li
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed, then cold macerated for 12-24 hours. Soft pressing is performed, followed by fermentation in steel tanks.
Refinement: 6 months in steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle.
