Description

Bright amber in color with hints of caramelized apricot, citrus, and honey notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and enveloping with balanced acidity, excellent savoriness, and a pleasant persistence.

Grape variety: Zibibbo (Moscato D’alessandria)
Alcohol content: 16 % vol
Production area: Western Sicily.
Yield per hectare: 60 Q.li
Winemaking: Late harvest of the grapes, the must is separated from the pomace, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
