Lady Killer

Description

Sparkling wine produced from carefully selected grapes harvested in boxes and subsequently checked in the cellar, our Lady Killer has a bright and brilliant pink color, a fine and persistent perlage, and a bouquet composed of notes of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, and raspberry. On the palate, it is harmonious, fruity, with good savoriness and persistence.

Alcohol content: 12%
Production area: Northwestern Sicily.
Winemaking: Manual harvesting into crates with careful grape selection. As soon as they arrive in the winery, the grapes are destemmed. A short cold maceration is carried out before they are gently pressed. After a maturation period of about 4 months on the lees at controlled temperature, the base wine is placed in an autoclave and made sparkling using the Charmat method.
