Ciaulè - Dry rosè
Description
Scents of red fruit such as wild strawberries, raspberry, pome- granate and light spicy notes. On the palate it results fresh with good structure and pleasant persistence of fruity bouquet.
This wine takes its name from Torre delle Ciavole, a tower which overlooks the sea in Gliaca di Piraino. The tower served as a lookout for pirate attacks. Ciaulé means magpies in Sicilian and refers to the numerous birds that went to nest on this tower. Ciaulè is therefore a tribute to our landscapes, so rich in history and traditions.
