Davè - Sparkling White

Description

Made from Chardonnay grapes. Tropical fruit and citrus bouquet. On the palate it is pleasantly sparkling. The taste perfectly matches with the bouquet, freshen by minerality.

This wine represents an essential place in the history of our winery, since Davè was in fact the headquarters of our first winery. The decorations on the label refers to the traditional Sicilian majolica tiles, a unique symbol of our land.

Aging: In the bottle for 2 months at a controlled temperature
