Description

Davé, Pintaudi's Sparkling wine,is obtained from Chardonnay grapes and it displays a straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases marked aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. In the mouth, it matches the olfactory experience enlivened by a fresh minerality.

This wine is inspired by a fundamental place in the history of our winery, as Davè was the site of our first winery.The decorations on the label reproduce the traditional Sicilian majolicas, an unmistakable symbol of our land.

Production area: Partinico(PA), Sicily, Italy
Yield per hectare: 60 Q.li
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.The final phase of the fermentation is carried out in an autoclave to obtain an elegant sparkling wine
Aging: In bottle for 2 months at controlled temperature
