Mascinè - Zibibbo IGP Terre Siciliane

Description

Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, Masciné displays a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it releases intense aromatic notes, in which it is possible to distinguish floral and fruity notes of orange blossom, peach and grapefruit. In the mouth, there is a good balance between acidity, body and alcohol. This wine is fresh, mouth filling and very persistent even in the aftertaste.

This wine represents our starting point: Masciné is the location of our winery's first vineyard. The decorations on the label draw inspiration from the traditional Sicilian majolica tiles, an unmistakable symbol of our land.

Yield per hectare: 70 Q.li
Vinification: After destemming the grapes, soft pressing is carried out, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aging: 5 months in steel silos and 2 months in bottle
